About the role

The Retail Manager position(s) at Savers, an international thrift retailer, supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Supports the service side of Savers stores, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Manages the backroom product flow function, overseeing inventory, restocking, and ensuring smooth operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of retail operations and best practices.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Pay

Our starting pay ranges from $20.23 to $33.19 per hour.
