Retail Store Manager - Pet Supplies (North Hills - Braker & 183)

In a Typical Week

• Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering outstanding guest delight
• Drive sales performance and promote key products
• Ensure every guest interaction reflects Tomlinson's brand standards
• Team Leadership & Development:
• Hire, train, and coach a strong, guest-focused team
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and development
• Identify and develop future leaders
• Operations & Communication:
• Oversee scheduling, payroll accuracy, and daily store operations
• Maintain consistent communication with leadership and Headquarters partners
• Ensure compliance with Tomlinson's policies and procedures
• Inventory Management:
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure the store is fully stocked
• Oversee ordering, receiving, and cycle counts
• Partner with inventory team to resolve discrepancies
• Store Appearance & Merchandising:
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and aligned with Tomlinson's brand standards
• Support merchandising efforts to drive sales and enhance the guest experience

Requirements

• At least 3 years of previous leadership experience
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis in order to stock the store and to do carry-outs for customers
• This is an active role which requires you to be on your feet for the majority of your shift
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
