Reporting to the District Manager, Store Managers are consumer centric, open minded, proactive, and think beyond the task. You are responsible for modeling and coaching for the ultimate experience to all consumers through a variety of functions and procedures relating to customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to hit sales targets and maximize profits (Growing Sales)

• Manage inventory, payroll, employee relations, store operations and visual merchandising (Operational Excellence)

Requirements

• Passion for Levi Strauss & Co. and the retail industry (3+ years of store management experience required)
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading and motivating others
• Exhibits a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
• Possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.) and constantly move around, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders

Pay

Compensation for this role ranges from $56,300.00 - $93,800.00 annually, varying with experience and qualifications.
