About the role

Reporting to the District Manager, Store Managers are responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for all consumers through various functions including customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to hit sales targets and maximize profits.
  • Recruit, train, empower, develop, and motivate your team.
  • Manage inventory, payroll, employee relations, store operations, and visual merchandising.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging shopping experience for everyone.

Requirements

  • A passion for Levi Strauss & Co. and the retail industry (3+ years of store management experience required).
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading and motivating others.
  • Exhibits a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Can handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.) and constant movement.

$66,500.00 - $110,900.00 annually, varying with experience and qualifications.
