About the role
As the implementer and enforcer of the site, the Store Manager is responsible for customer service, cash management, hiring and training staff, ordering product, compliance, labor management, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.Responsibilities
- Implement and enforce store policies and procedures
- Manage cash transactions and ensure accuracy
- Hire, train, and manage a team of employees
- Order products to meet demand and maintain inventory levels
- Maintain compliance with all regulations and standards
- Manage labor costs and schedules
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
Qualifications
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team
- Experience in retail operations, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and inventory management
