We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Retail Store Manager to work on a contract basis. This role involves overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position requires adherence to company policies and standards while driving sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
• Conduct inventory audits and control shrinkage while maintaining accurate records.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance store presentation and customer experience.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with district managers to execute company initiatives and promotions.
