Retail Store Manager

About the role

Ollie’s Retail Store Manager leads the successful operation of the entire store, focusing on financial oversight, customer and associate service, merchandising, and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Provides financial oversight of sales and profit goals, including management of payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and other key initiatives.
• Demonstrates Ollie’s core values through exceptional customer and associate service, ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Executes merchandising, store standards, seasonal planning, and inventory processes to meet operational goals and budget constraints.
• Maintains store security and manages staff schedules and development plans to support business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Standing for extended periods.
• Safe working practices.
