Store Manager Competencies/Responsibilities
- Buils a Great Team– Recruits the best talent for the store and ensures all team members have the knowledge and tools for success.
- Sets Clear Direction– Establishes and communicates a clear vision to the team, champions company vision/goals, and motivates the team effectively.
- Drives the Business– Creates new approaches to increase sales and profitability, monitors store and team member performance, analyzes sales trends, and initiates change with creative ideas.
- Led with Passion– Works well with others, drives teamwork within the store/district, engages and motivates team members, promotes leadership at all levels, and creates a positive, enthusiastic working culture.
Requirements
- 2+ years of retail leadership experience
- Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred
- Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs
- Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift
- A Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required

Pay
Salary Range: From: $25.90 To: $28.80
