Key Responsibilities

• Create amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.
• Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.

• Store Standards - maintain store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, helping loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures.
• Be responsible for cash management and adhere to all policy and procedures for security & health & safety and stock accuracy standards.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

• Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required
