About the role

The Retail Store Associate plays a crucial part in our mission to champion reuse and inspire a future where secondhand is second nature. You'll be responsible for managing the store's inventory, assisting customers, and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage store inventory and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and organized.
• Assist customers in finding items they need and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in store events and promotions to engage the community.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to environmental sustainability practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail setting is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $22.40 per hour, depending on job duties and position.
