About the role

The Retail Store Associate position at Savers / Value Village is designed to create an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role can be full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for customers and donors.
• Manage inventory and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
• Process donations and ensure they are accepted according to guidelines.
• Operate cash registers and manage sales transactions.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Support the store's efforts in promoting sustainability and reuse.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with diverse groups.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Pay
