About the role

The Retail Store Associate position at Savers / Value Village involves creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure they have a positive shopping experience.
• Manage inventory by sorting, tagging, and organizing items in the store.
• Handle donations by accepting and processing items from customers and donors.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Support the store's mission of promoting sustainability and reuse through customer engagement and donation processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay
