About the role
The Retail Store Associate position at Savers / Value Village is designed to create an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment for customers and donors
- Manage inventory and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support team members with training and guidance
- Participate in store events and promotions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently
