Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure they have a positive shopping experience.
• Manage inventory, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and are available for sale.
• Handle donations from the community, sorting and processing items according to quality standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Support the store's efforts to engage with local nonprofits and promote the brand's values.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
