Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure they have a positive shopping experience.
- Manage inventory, including sorting, pricing, and stocking merchandise.
- Handle donations from customers and manage the donation process.
- Communicate effectively with team members and collaborate on store operations.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities provided by Savers University.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
- Knowledge of basic computer operations and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
