About the role
The Retail Store Associate position at Savers / Value Village is designed to create an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role can be either full-time or part-time.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment for customers and donors.
- Manage inventory and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Process donations and ensure proper documentation.
- Operate cash registers and manage sales transactions.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
