The Retail Store Associate position at Savers / Value Village is responsible for creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role supports the company's mission to champion reuse and inspire a future where secondhand is second nature.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure they have a positive shopping experience.
• Manage inventory, including receiving, organizing, and displaying merchandise.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assist with donations, processing returns, and managing cash transactions.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of basic computer operations and point-of-sale systems.

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $17.15 to $22.60 depending on job duty/position.
