Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure they have a positive shopping experience.
• Manage inventory, ensuring that merchandise is displayed attractively and in good condition.
• Handle donations from customers, sorting and processing items according to quality standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge related to customer service and store operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
• Pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for part-time positions).
