Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure they have a positive shopping experience.
- Manage inventory, ensuring that merchandise is displayed attractively and in good condition.
- Handle donations from customers, sorting and processing items according to quality standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge related to customer service and store operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
- Pass a background check.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for part-time positions).
