About the role

The Retail Store Associate position at Savers / Value Village involves creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure their shopping experience is memorable.
• Manage inventory and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and organized.
• Handle donations from customers and process them according to established procedures.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and customer inquiries.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
