Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure they have a positive shopping experience.
• Manage inventory, including sorting, pricing, and stocking merchandise.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate effectively with donors to encourage donations and manage donation processes.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Support store operations by assisting with various tasks as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of people.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
