About the role

The Retail Warehouse & Production Associate position involves working in both the warehouse and production areas of Savers stores. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store, including receiving donations, sorting, and storing inventory.

Responsibilities

• Receive and sort donations according to quality and condition
• Handle inventory management tasks such as restocking shelves and maintaining stock levels
• Operate equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to improve store operations
• Support the customer service team by assisting with inquiries and resolving issues

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong organizational skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or warehouse environments is preferred
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles is helpful

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $17.15 to $22.60 per hour, depending on job duties and position.

Schedule

Shifts vary based on store needs, typically ranging from 8 hours per day to 40 hours per week.
