At Savers / Value Village our Retail Store Associates create an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors and other Team Members.

We are hiring for both Full Time and Part Time Retail Store Associates.

Responsibilities

• Create an awesome shopping experience for customers by greeting them warmly, assisting with product selection, and ensuring they leave feeling satisfied.
• Engage with donors to encourage donations and provide them with information about how their contributions benefit the community.
• Manage inventory by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining cleanliness in the store.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations, including handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service, product knowledge, and store operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Shifts vary based on store needs, typically ranging from 8 hours per shift to 12 hours per shift.
