Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure they have a positive shopping experience.
• Manage inventory, including restocking shelves and handling returns.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Support the donation process, assisting donors with the drop-off and sorting of items.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
