About the role

The Retail Warehouse & Production Associate plays a crucial role in our mission to champion reuse and inspire a future where secondhand is second nature. This position involves working in our warehouses and production facilities to ensure the smooth operation and efficient handling of donated goods.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming donations, sorting and preparing items for resale
• Assist in the production process, including packaging and labeling
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Support inventory management tasks as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Experience in a warehouse or similar setting is preferred but not required

Qualifications

• Pass a background check
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $22.40 per hour, depending on job duties and position.

Schedule

Hours vary based on department needs, typically ranging from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
