About the role
Responsible for stocking and organizing retail merchandise to ensure customer convenience and store aesthetics.
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves with products according to departmental layout and customer flow.
- Ensure all products are properly labeled and priced.
- Assist customers in finding items and provide product recommendations.
- Handle returns and exchanges according to store policies.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new products and company policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience preferred.
