Retail Stocking Associate

About the role

Responsible for stocking and organizing retail merchandise in a variety of categories. This includes receiving, shelving, and maintaining product displays to ensure customer satisfaction and store aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with products according to store layout and category guidelines.
• Ensure all products are accurately priced and displayed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stock area.
• Assist customers in finding items and provide product information as needed.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks.

Skills

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Knowledge of inventory management systems.

Pay
