About the role
Responsible for stocking and organizing retail merchandise to ensure customer convenience and store aesthetics.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding products and providing product information.
- Stock shelves and restock merchandise as needed.
- Ensure all merchandise is displayed attractively and in compliance with store policies.
- Handle returns and exchanges according to company procedures.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.
