Retail Scan Associate (HARRAH OK 73045)

This is a permanent part-time role averaging 7–12 hours per week across all stores, depending on store size and workload. Additional hours (typically 1–2 hours per week per store) are frequently assigned for special projects, with higher demand from January through June.

About the role

ScanScape Retail Scan Associates visit a designated selection of stores each week to scan all product barcodes on displays and in aisle locations, including aisle end caps. The data collected is analyzed and used to improve the sales performance of the product and retailer.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year, including holiday weeks.
• Scan barcodes in numerous locations throughout each store using a downloadable mobile app.
• Provide quantity information for about 45% of the products scanned.
• Complete weekly Display Scanning on the entire store, which can take several hours.
• Perform Custom Projects—additional work requested by clients that can add 30 minutes to 2 hours per store per week.
• Adhere to weekly deadlines to ensure data quality and reliability.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure continuous physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, bending, stooping, and stretching for prolonged periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and reach up to 6 feet in the air.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Deadline-driven self-starter with strong time-management skills.
• Access to reliable Wi-Fi and tech-savvy.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
