Responsibilities
- Create a positive customer experience
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by properly outfitting customers for their outdoor activities
- Fulfill online orders
- Process exchanges/returns
- Maintain an appealing storefront
- Show in-depth technical gear knowledge
- Show great people skills
Qualifications
- Excellent communicator
- Enjoys learning about outdoor apparel and communicating this knowledge to others
- Well organized with strong attention to detail
- Retail and/or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Outgoing and friendly while retaining a high level of professionalism and integrity
- Strong enthusiasm for HIMALI as a brand
