Responsibilities
- Selling ancillary benefits into employer and broker channels
- Vision included as part of the offering through a white-labeled partner
- Building relationships through in-market activity, including events, broker lunches, and face-to-face meetings
- Developing new business rather than managing an existing book
Candidate Profile
- Early-career sales talent with strong drive and confidence engaging directly with clients
- Exact ancillary experience not required, experience from broker environments or adjacent insurance products is relevant
- Not fresh out of school, bachelor’s degree required
- Willing to show up in the market, attend events, host broker lunches, and build lasting relationships
Product and Growth Outlook
- Current products include Vision, FSA, HSA, and HRA
- Life and disability products expected to be added next year
- Additional expansion tied to absence tracking solutions launching in 2027
- Strong long-term runway as the product portfolio continues to expand
