Required Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
• A high comfort level with personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms, and proficiency in computer applications.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks and handle change effectively.
• Knowledge of the latest technology and devices (preferred).
• One to five years of sales/customer service experience (preferred).
• One to three years of telecommunications/wireless experience (preferred).
