About the role
With hundreds of Spectrum Stores across the country, our Store Specialists help us keep millions of customers connected across our footprint.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries related to Spectrum products and services, account management, billing, technical support, etc.
- Educate current and prospective customers about our products and services and identify opportunities to generate new sales or upgrade their packages
- Manage operational tasks like processing payments and managing inventory
- Aid in maintaining a clean and organized sales environment and with store opening and closing activities

Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Skills & Abilities: Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions, high comfort level with personal technology, basic math skills, ability to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks and handle change effectively, familiarity with goal- and incentive-based work environments, strong performance in a fast-paced team environment, effective communication with employees and customers in person, on the phone and in writing, highly effective interpersonal skills for building partnerships across the organization, self-motivated, competitive spirit with a desire to exceed sales goals, positive and professional demeanor, strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual: Mandarin (preferred)

Pay
- $20/hour base pay, with the potential to earn $25.40/hour through commission and incentives
Schedule
- Full-time employees must be available to work any schedule during store operating hours, and part-time employees are scheduled for 20-29 hours per week that will vary weekly and will include evenings, weekends and holidays
