Retail Sales Specialist - Bilingual (English & Spanish)

About the role

You will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and end caps
• Reset shelves with product rotation
• Track inventory to optimize sales opportunities
• Support diverse shopper communities by communicating effectively in both Spanish and English

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Great relationship building and communication skills
• Prior sales and/or account management experience
• Ability to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency in using a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Reliable transportation to and from work locations
• Willingness to independently travel within your assigned territory

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
