The range listed is just one component of Wayfair’s total compensation package for employees. Job Requirements

• Leadership & Coaching Experience: 2–4 years of experience leading or mentoring teams in a fast-paced, goal-driven retail or design setting.
• Sales & Customer Engagement Expertise: A proven track record of exceeding sales targets through proactive, solution-based customer interactions.
• Business Acumen & Strategy: Strong ability to analyze KPIs and apply insights to improve individual and team performance.
• Product & Design Knowledge: Comfort and confidence working with home furnishings and design solutions, with a passion for style and function.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Clear, thoughtful communication skills that elevate both customer interactions and team collaboration.
• Problem-Solving Agility: Adaptable, quick-thinking, and able to manage multiple priorities without compromising service quality.
• Tech Savvy: Experience using CRM systems, design tools, POS, and Microsoft or Google Suite tools to drive results.
• Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on evolving business needs.
