Nordstrom is seeking a Lingerie Salesperson who is passionate about fashion, fit, and styling, with a focus on enhancing customer confidence and comfort through personalized service.

About the role

As a Lingerie Salesperson, you will build a loyal customer base through both digital and in-store interactions, offering personalized experiences rooted in trust and fit expertise. Nordstrom provides training on bra fitting and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings by measuring customers and providing fit and style guidance in the fitting room.
• Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service and honest feedback.
• Achieve sales goals in-store and digitally using tools like text and social media.
• Stay updated on fashion and product knowledge through Nordstrom and brand consultant trainings.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a customer-ready department, including filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning.

Physical Requirements

• Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers.
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
• Handling bulky or awkwardly shaped items, including reaching above the head.
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.

Pay

The hourly pay range for this role is $13.30. Commission varies based on the merchandise sold, typically ranging from 3% to 14.5% for apparel, shoes, and accessories, and 3% for Beauty and Men’s Fragrance sales.
