About the role

As a Retail Sales Lead Generator at Coolray, you’ll engage with customers, promote our products and services, and contribute to a positive customer experience. If you enjoy interacting with people, are motivated by incentives and commissions, and are looking for a rewarding opportunity in sales and customer service, this role could be the perfect fit.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coolray professionally inside retail partner locations
• Engage customers in friendly conversations about their home comfort and service needs
• Educate customers on Coolray's HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services
• Generate interest and schedule appointments for in‑home consultations
• Explain product and service benefits while identifying customer needs
• Accurately collect customer information and schedule appointments
• Build strong working relationships with store management and team members
• Meet or exceed lead generation and appointment‑setting goals
• Attend required training sessions, meetings, and development programs
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional presence throughout your shift

Requirements

• Previous retail, sales, customer service, hospitality, or promotional experience preferred but not required
• Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and competitive drive
• Comfortable approaching and engaging customers
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to use a smartphone, email, and text messaging for communication and scheduling
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high energy and enthusiasm
• Desire to learn and grow within a successful organization

Compensation

You can earn $18+ per hour plus commission, providing the opportunity to maximize earnings based on performance and results.
