What Will I Do?

• Represent Coolray professionally inside retail partner locations
• Engage customers in friendly conversations about their home comfort and service needs
• Educate customers on Coolray's HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services
• Generate interest and schedule appointments for in-home consultations
• Explain product and service benefits while identifying customer needs
• Accurately collect customer information and schedule appointments
• Build strong working relationships with store management and team members
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional presence throughout your shift

Do I Have What It Takes?

• Previous retail, sales, customer service, hospitality, or promotional experience preferred but not required
• Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and competitive drive
• Comfortable approaching and engaging customers
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to use a smartphone, email, and text messaging for communication and scheduling
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high energy and enthusiasm
