Retail Sales Lead Generator - Centerville, Beavercreek

About the role

Thomas & Galbraith is seeking a Retail Sales Lead Generator to join a dynamic team of creative and energetic employees dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. This role involves acting as brand ambassadors at partner businesses, answering customer questions about products and services, and encouraging them to schedule appointments for estimates.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and perform face-to-face customer service
• Walk throughout stores, engaging customers in conversations about their home service needs
• Explain features and benefits of products and services while soliciting information from customers
• Schedule appointments for one of our Sales Consultants to visit customers' homes for estimates
• Build rapport and relationships with store leadership
• Attend required monthly meetings and trainings
• Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales is preferred but not required
• Must be able to stand/walk or sit for 4-8 hours at a time
• Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated personality
• A+ communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to use smartphone for email and text
• No prior HVAC or water treatment experience required, but a plus
