Compensation

• $15/hour during first 30 days of paid training
• After training: base hourly wage plus uncapped commission
• Sales Partners who consistently meet or exceed sales goals typically earn $14–$17+/hour in total compensation (base pay + commission), with many earning $50,000+ in their first year

What We're Looking For

• 18 years of age or older
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Schedule provided at least four weeks in advance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in performance-based compensation environments
• Proven ability to build relationships with customers, identify their needs, and recommend solutions that deliver an exceptional experience
• Tech-savvy, goal-driven, and motivated to deliver results by confidently recommending the right solutions for every customer

What a Day In The Life Looks Like

• Be the face of the brand, using charisma and energy to connect with customers
• Foster relationships, listen to customer needs, and offer technology solutions that make a difference
• Problem-solve with strong communication skills, turning challenges into victories
• Keep up-to-date with ongoing promotions, new product launches, and updates to service features to provide customers with relevant information and the best available deals
• Work as a team player who believes in unity and a shared mission
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
