Retail Sales Lead, Fabletics (The Mall at Millenia - Orlando, FL)

About the Role

Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for our store at The Mall at Millenia in Orlando, FL. In this role, you will provide a best-in-class retail customer experience and support Sales & Operations. You will enable customers to shop seamlessly between our website and retail stores while working alongside the Store Manager, supervisors, and a team of associates to help customers Live their Passion. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly energetic, and comfortable engaging the public.

Responsibilities

• Embody our culture and values while providing insight to customers on how to Live their passion.
• Actively engage customers by sharing knowledge about fabrics, features, fit, and function of our products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and provide immediate feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations (e.g., Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat).
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to create an easy and valuable shopping experience.
• Provide and nourish feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve business operations.
• Strive for excellence in meeting store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Uphold all safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes (weighing 10-30 lbs) as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners both inside and outside the store.
• Experience working with large teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and P.O.S. systems.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills and an ability to bring out the best in others.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours and perform physical tasks such as moving, talking, reaching, grabbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
