Retail Sales Lead, Fabletics (Barton Creek Square - Austin, TX)

Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for our Barton Creek Square location in Austin, TX. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales and operations, leveraging technology to bridge online and in-store shopping.

As a Sales Lead, you’ll collaborate with a driven Store Manager, supervisors, and a passionate team to help customers live their passion. This is a leadership opportunity for a self-starter with high energy who enjoys engaging with people and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics’ culture and values, providing customers with insights on how to live their passion.
• Engage customers meaningfully by sharing knowledge about fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and provide feedback to associates on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations (e.g., Omnicart, Member Chat).
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to improve the shopping journey.
• Provide and receive feedback to continuously improve business operations.
• Strive for excellence in meeting store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge for customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales targets and achieve sales goals.
• Uphold all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
• Assist with inventory unpacking; boxes may weigh 10-30 lbs.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience; prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, or nutrition.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to take initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills and the ability to bring out the best in others.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Physical ability to constantly move, talk, hear, reach, and stand for at least two consecutive hours; may involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, or climbing ladders.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
