Retail Full-Time Sales Lead, Fabletics (Southlake Town Square - Southlake, TX)

TechStyle Fashion Group - Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for our new retail store at Southlake Town Square in Southlake, TX. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience while supporting sales and operations, bridging the gap between our online and physical retail environments.

About the Role

As the Sales Lead, you will work alongside the Store Manager, supervisors, and a team of associates to help customers "Live their Passion." The ideal candidate is self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable engaging with the public. You’ll join a collaborative team driving aggressive business goals and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics’ culture and values while guiding customers on product fit, function, and lifestyle integration.
• Engage customers in-store and beyond through events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and provide feedback to associates on customer experience standards (e.g., Omnicart, Member Chat).
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to inspire the team to meet or exceed performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to simplify shopping and add value to purchases.
• Contribute feedback to the Store Manager for continuous business improvement.
• Strive to exceed store objectives for performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Serve as a product knowledge resource for customers and team members.
• Meet personal sales goals and uphold safety/security standards.
• Assist with inventory tasks, including unpacking boxes (10–30 lbs).

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience; prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with active lifestyle activities (e.g., yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to take initiative.
• Experience with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills and a knack for team leadership.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Demands

• Constant movement, talking, hearing, reaching, and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
• Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
