Retail Full-Time Sales Lead, Fabletics (Westfield Southcenter - Seattle, WA)

Fabletics is opening a new location at Westfield Southcenter in Seattle, WA and is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales and operations. This role leverages cutting-edge technology to create a seamless shopping journey between our website and retail stores.

About the role

Collaborate with a driven Store Manager, dedicated supervisors, and a passionate team of associates to help customers live their passion. This position reports to the Store Manager and involves leading a tight-knit team to hit bold targets and propel the business forward.

Responsibilities

• Embody our culture and values, providing insight to customers on how to live their passion.
• Actively engage customers by sharing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of our products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and provide immediate feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations (e.g., Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat).
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Provide and nourish feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence in meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain all safety and security standards; identify and communicate potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes can weigh 10-30 lbs).

Requirements

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners both inside and outside the store.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• High degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity, including the ability to take initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and P.O.S. systems.
• Self-motivated, a good communicator with an innate ability to bring out the best in others.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
