Retail Part-Time Sales Lead, Fabletics (Westfield Century City - Los Angeles, CA)

Fabletics is opening a new location at Westfield Century City in Los Angeles, CA, and is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales and operations. This role leverages cutting-edge technology to bridge the gap between online and in-store shopping, collaborating with a driven team to help customers live their passion.

About the role

As a Sales Lead, you will report to the Store Manager and work alongside a passionate team to exceed KPIs and drive business growth. This is an opportunity for a self-starter with high energy who enjoys engaging with people and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics’ culture and values while providing customers with insights on how to live their passion.
• Engage customers meaningfully by sharing knowledge about fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and provide immediate feedback to associates on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations (e.g., Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat).
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to create an easy-to-shop environment that adds value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Actively participate in providing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve business operations.
• Strive for excellence in meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales targets and achieve sales goals.
• Uphold all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
• Assist with unpacking inventory boxes, which may weigh 10-30 lbs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a retail environment; prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners both inside and outside the store.
• Experience working with large teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to take initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and point-of-sale (P.O.S.) systems.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills and the ability to bring out the best in others.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Physical Demands

This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, and grabbing, as well as standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally require stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
