Retail Sales Consultant BUCKLAND HILLS MALL

About the role

You’ll be at the center of creating meaningful connections with every customer through personalized sales expertise. Using AT&T’s full suite of products—including the latest devices and personalized services—you’ll help bring friends, families, and communities closer together while meeting sales targets and earning commission.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options on the sales floor.
• Engage with the community through events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay current with evolving technology to meet customer needs.

Schedule

Work a schedule between 9am–9pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority-based schedules are posted two weeks in advance.

Pay

Earn between $16.25–$17.65 per hour plus uncapped commission opportunities. Top performers can earn up to $62,460 per year, including up to $13,700+ in commissions if all sales goals are met. Starting salary may vary based on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but not required—training and coaching will be provided.
