Retail Sales Consultant -

About the role

Every day you’ll be at the center of creating meaningful connections with customers using AT&T’s full suite of products.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
• Stay current with evolving technology and all the ways we work to meet customers' needs.

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No prior sales experience is required; comprehensive training and coaching will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

Earnings range from $16.57 - $20.45 per hour, plus a $13,700+ commission if all sales goals are met. Commission opportunities are uncapped, allowing top sellers to earn up to $62,460 per year.

Schedule

Flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
