About the role
Provides an engaging customer experience through friendly and efficient service. Demonstrates excellent customer service, provides product knowledge to the customer, and maintains the store's appearance. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. This position is currently hiring for the Patagonia and Logo Stores.
Pay
The base hourly pay range is $15.50–$23.00 per hour. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on experience, education, training, location, merit system, responsibilities, and other factors. This range is one component of the total compensation package, which may include short-term and long-term incentives and region-specific benefits.

Responsibilities
- Provide top-quality customer service at all times
- Greet customers promptly and courteously
- Assist customers in locating items
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate service
- Offer accurate product information
- Operate the cash register accurately
- Restock products as needed
- Perform merchandising tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

- Regularly required to walk, talk, see, and hear
- Capable of walking or standing 80% or more of an 8-hour work shift
- Capable of occasionally carrying, lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 25 lbs
- Capable of occasionally squatting, bending, kneeling, reaching, balancing, climbing ladders, and shoveling snow
- Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–3 months of customer service or related experience
- Preferred: Knowledge of The North Face, Oakley, Patagonia, and ski/snowboard brands; POS system experience
A Motor Vehicle Record review may be required as part of the job.
