About the role
Elements Massage Ridgefield is seeking a Wellness Sales Associate / Customer Service Associate to lead sales and customer service efforts.
Responsibilities
- Create an exceptional massage and facial experience for all clients.
- Inform clients about the benefits of the Elements Massage Wellness Program.
- Enroll clients into the Elements Massage Wellness Program using the company's proven sales process.
- Handle client appointments and payment processes efficiently and accurately.
- Work collaboratively with the Manager, Massage Therapists, and Estheticians to foster a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- At least 21 years old.
- Able to work 15 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
- Experience in retail sales or customer service in a spa-like environment preferred.
- Familiarity with modern office tools and scheduling/payment systems.
- Ability to listen actively and convert client criticism into opportunities for excellent customer service.
Skills
- Follow the company's proven sales process to sell the Elements Massage Wellness Program.
- Turn client criticism into stories of great customer service.
