Pay

Pay starts at $13.00 per hour, depending on experience. Full-time or part-time positions available.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially in selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients
• Experience in a spa-like or similar customer service environment
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems, including scheduling and payment processing
• Driven to create an excellent work environment and provide exceptional client experiences

Skills

• Ability to follow a proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program
• Strong listening skills to build customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Positive attitude to transform client interactions into stories of great customer service
