Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service
Job Summary
We are seeking Full Time and Part Time studio sales associates to join our award-winning and top-performing lash studio. If you are enthusiastic, hardworking, and have some sales experience, we would love to meet you and discuss the possibility of a long and rewarding career.
About the Role
Join us at Amazing Lash Studio, where your talent is appreciated. You will be responsible for promoting and selling memberships and retail products to guests, assisting the studio manager with membership retention, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also assist with administrative tasks, maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio, and participate in special events to promote the studio.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Amazing Lash Studio memberships and retail products to guests
- Retain current memberships by assisting the studio manager
- Create a friendly environment for guests by welcoming and assisting them, and quickly responding to their questions and needs
- Answer phone calls, book appointments, and greet guests enthusiastically
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry of guest records and surveys
- Prepare guest records for services
- Participate in special events to promote the studio
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, studio, and public areas (including restrooms)
- Enforce organization standards and maintain quality service
- Problem solve in a timely manner and communicate professionally and effectively with team members and guests
Requirements
- Enthusiastic, hardworking, and have some sales experience
- Strong work ethic, responsible, punctual, dependable, and self-motivated
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance
- Salon/front desk/MindBody POS system experience a plus
